Chefs Collaboration Dinner : A Kayumanis Celebration of CulinaryFriday, August 11, 2017
Preparations are already underway for this year’s Chefs Collaboration Dinner that will be held at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran on 20th October 2017. A full-flavoured menu of inspiring cuisine will be served with a special emphasis on quality ingredients. The chefs from all four properties under the Kayumanis banner will present a signature dish that explores culinary diversity.
The event promises to be an evening of fine food starting off with gourmet offerings like Marinated Duck and Mushroom Spring Rolls by Chef Oka from Kayumanis Jimbaran. This will be followed by Chef Made’s version of Tom Yum Goong, a spicy soup that is always a favourite at Kayumanis Ubud. The main dish is choice between a classic Beef Rendang by Chef Wayan from Kayumanis Sanur or Lobster Cannelloni by Chef Astawa who presides over two restaurants at Kayumanis Nusa Dua. A decadent Chocolate Mosaic dessert will bring the whole meal to a sweet finale.
