Gong Restaurant at Kayumanis Sanur presents a refreshed menu of Balinese cuisine inspired by the island’s rich cultural heritage. Many traditional dishes on the island are served in conjunction with the endless cycle of religious ceremonies that colour all aspects of daily life. Satays are often used as offerings to appease the Gods along with home-made cakes and sweet treats.
The new menu is authentic Balinese cuisine at its very best prepared from the freshest ingredients combined with local spices. It includes a number of delicacies such as pork ribs, steamed duck and a full-flavoured seafood curry. All dishes can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner and selected items are also available for in-villa dining.
