To reinforce the highest possible brand standards, Kayumanis Group recently conducted a series of internal training sessions for all staff members with a special emphasis on product knowledge. These classes were carried out by executives from our senior management team who have years of hands-on operational experience.
Some of the topics covered during these refresher sessions included things like grooming, greetings, standard operational procedures and sequence of service. By holding regular training for all departments, we aim to cultivate a strong work culture and instil brand values. All of these elements help drive service excellence and the personalized hospitality that is signature to all four properties under the Kayumanis banner.
