Inspired by Indonesia’s traditional healing heritage; Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran presents a menu of herbal tonics known as jamu. Prepared from fresh ingredients such as plants, roots, leaves and fruit, jamu is believed to enhance personal beauty and address a wide range of health issues. These drinks do not contain any artificial additives.
The menu includes Beras Kencur Pandan Wangi, a Javanese concoction made from rice, white ginger, pandanus leaves and palm sugar to improve stamina. Combining turmeric, ginger, galangal, tamarind and palm sugar, Kunyit Asam Gula Madu is known to preserve inner and outer female beauty. Light and refreshing Melody Kemangi is a vibrant mix of basil leaves, lychee juice and sweet sour juice to cleanse the palate and revive depleted energy levels.
