Kayumanis Chefs Collaboration Dinner

The highly-anticipated Chefs Collaboration Dinner by Kayumanis Group is scheduled to take place on 21st October 2016 at Kayumanis Resto Jimbaran. This annual event has become a focal point on Bali’s social calendar to showcase the culinary expertise of some of the island’s best local chefs. Invited guests will be treated to a tantalizing four-course menu that celebrates the diverse flavours of the Indonesian archipelago.

Each Kayumanis chef will contribute a dish inspired by a key ingredient. Dinner will start with a smoked duck and banana blossom appetizer followed by a hearty serve of oxtail soup. There is a choice of lobster or beef for the main course with a combination platter of classic Indonesian sweet treats to finish off.    

There will also be cultural entertainment throughout the evening with a traditional dance and live acoustic music. Renowned Balinese flute maestro, Gus Teja, will also take to the garden stage for an uplifting performance of world music to set the mood.
