Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa is delighted to announce the launch of yet another intimate dining concept. Enchanting Moments Floating Dinner is a private in-villa experience especially for two that celebrates the spirit of romance with a 5-course set menu of culinary distinction.

An elegant table setting under a canopy of stars is the focal point of the evening. It is positioned on a customised dining platform that is secured in the middle of the swimming pool to create the illusion of floating upon water. This divine setting is enveloped by flickering candles and exotic flowers emitting a heavenly scent into the tropical night air.

Guests are treated to a choice of dining options designed to please the palate. There is a gourmet menu of Western cuisine featuring dishes such as Duck Salad, Seared Scallops, Rack of Lamb and a delectable Blueberry Cheesecake.

Alternatively, the Indonesian menu introduces diners to tantalising tastes from around the archipelago with specialities such as Marinated Tuna Salad with a Chilli Dressing, Spicy Oxtail Soup and Grilled Seafood served with Rice and Local Styled Vegetables.

Impeccable service extends throughout the duration of dinner with each course discreetly served by a personal butler. Music is tailored to the preference of each couple. However, the gentle whisper of the distant sea breeze blowing through the garden is the perfect accompaniment to heighten the senses throughout this evening of indulgence.
