Coffee Collaboration

The collaboration between Kayumanis Seaside Sanur and Redback Specialty Coffee is to enhance our breakfast service by the beach and ensure that exceptionally good coffee is available throughout the remainder of the day.

Established by a husband and wife team, Redback Specialty Coffee has gone from humble roots to rightfully earn its place as a serious player on the local coffee scene. Their secret has been to invest time and effort into sourcing quality beans from overseas as well as from Indonesian micro producers to create the best coffee blends possible.

A dedicated coffee station, operated by Redback Specialty Coffee, has been set up on the front veranda of Kayumanis Seaside Sanur in full view of all guests and anyone walking by. It is managed by an experienced barista who is well-versed in Indonesia’s coffee culture. He is also a highly talented latte artist in his own right and every order comes topped with a fun design.

Coffee lovers can now choose from an extensive menu of hot and cold beverages prepared using combinations of premium beans from Indonesia and beyond. Redback Specialty Coffee’s signature drink is an iced coffee blend called Cold Brew, which is perfect to beat the Bali heat. It is made with Sumatran beans brewed in temperature-controlled water for 20 hours to create a more intense flavour.  

Redback Specialty Coffee also specialise in European-styled sweet and savoury pastries. A glass display counter is tucked into a corner of the dining deck at Kayumanis Seaside Sanur to showcase batches of freshly-baked treats. Daily offerings include a range of artisan croissants, Danishes and other tasty delights to eat in or take away.
