Everyone who comes to stay with us at any of the Kayumanis properties loves our special blend of Cinnamon Tea. It is easy to prepare and we have decided to share the recipe so you to make it at home as a small reminder of time spent on the island of Bali.
Simply mix 4 oz of cinnamon water with 1 oz of honey, ½ oz of lime juice and 3 spoons of ginger juice. Don’t forget to stir well. Cinnamon Tea served cold over ice is most refreshing on a hot summer day. It can also be heated and sipped slowly to soothe a sore throat.
